A human sphere is a giant inflatable ball that is big enough for a person to fit inside. The clear inflatable ball is usually 7 feet in diameter and is made of vinyl. They are heat-sealed, airtight, and extremely durable. Once inside, you can walk or run to roll the ball forward. Think of it as a giant hamster ball, where the person inside is the hamster.

Now this may not seem all that exciting, but throw in another sphere and perhaps some obstacles and you have got yourself a race. Reenact scenes from the popular television game show, “American Gladiators,” and embrace your competitive spirit. If you want to get fancy, you can set up cones that you must race around, or small ramps that you must race over.

Once you have your race course set up, players get inside the spheres and they inflate in 35 seconds with enclosed blowers. Players then use their hands and feet to move the ball and rotate it forward from the inside. Once you get the ball rolling, you can build up speed and start running as you race against your opponent.

The game can be really fun if you have set up an obstacle course. Rolling the ball over ramps and around cones makes it more challenging and also more fun to watch. If you have a group involved, it is just as much fun to watch the players race inside the human spheres. This makes them great additions to sporting events, parties, or team building activities. They get people involved and are exciting because they are different and quite a novelty.

Another variation of the human sphere is the water ball. This is also sometimes referred to as a walk on water ball, WOW ball, or aqua sphere. It is basically the same thing but you can use it to walk and float on the water. This is a bit more challenging than using it on the ground, because it takes more effort to propel the ball forward in the water. This makes it a great workout if you can actually get the ball moving. Otherwise, you may spend most of your time flopping around inside and bouncing around on the water, which can be even more fun.

The human sphere and the water ball are not the same as a zorb. A zorb is completely different because it is made of two inflatable balls that are connected by a bunch of vinyl ropes between the two compartments. They are usually used on courses that are set up on a hill. What makes a zorb quite different is that it is designed to be used for riding downhill. The air and ropes between the two compartments make it extra bouncy, so the rider is cushioned as they roll down the hill.

Water zorbing is also completely different from a water ball. Water zorbing is when water is added to the inside compartment of the zorb and the rider splashes around inside as they roll down the hill. A zorb can be used on water, but water zorbing usually refers the water added to the inside of the zorb as it rolls down a hill.

If you would like to walk on water or experience a giant hamster ball, the water ball is for you! It is a giant inflatable ball that you can get inside and take out on the water. Walk around or float inside as you float around on top of the water.

Just unzip the opening, climb inside, inflate it, and zip it shut. Now you are ready to walk on water. If it is a hot and sunny day, you should only stay inside for 5 to 15 minutes. But if it is not hot out, you can stay in as long as you want as long as you refresh the air every 20 minutes.

It may look easy, but walking or running in a water ball is quite a challenge. If you can manage to hold on to the sides as you push your weight forward in the ball, you can get a momentum going and start walking. Once you get the hang of it, it can be quite a workout. But if you watch this video, you will see just how hard it can be to get going.
